We went to Rocky Mountain National Park! This was maybe the first time we’ve been there since my parents came to visit years ago – and definitely my first time there in July.
We hiked the lakes, Bear Lake, Nymph Lake, Dream Lake, and Emerald Lake, which totaled about four miles start to finish. It was a beautiful day, and a scenic tour. We also drove up Trail Ridge Road to the visitor center at the top of the park. It was mobbed! We didn’t take any photos there this time, but we did get a sweet refrigerator magnet.
Oh and we saw some elks. They were just chillin’ by the side of the road being huge.
